Mission Affordable

Ramiro "Ram" Gonzales is the host and founder of the Mission Affordable Podcast which is focused on raising up the next generation of small scale developers that can develop housing on vacant lots throughout his home city of San Antonio, Texas. 

Ram is also the founder of Mission Affordable Consulting which supports private developers and community development organizations seeking to launch affordable housing and community development/revitalization projects throughout Texas. Ram has held executive roles in a nonprofit community economic development organization and local city government and has helped to facilitate the development of over 7,500 housing units in the downtown area and structure over $80 million of public investment in urban redevelopment projects. He has also designed and launched programs related to affordable housing, small business development, and commercial corridor revitalization in low income neighborhoods.
